6th Annual Steelhead Fishing Spectacular
The 2010 Steelhead Spectacular fishing-by-rail schedule is now
available and the Minam Motel and Market is taking reservations.
The Steelhead
train has attracted both fishers and media alike from all over the
country. The train has been featured in publications such as The
Drake, Northwest Angler, The Fishing Report, and The Oregonian.
Coming next year, the train will be a featured segment in Ian
Roylance's fly fishing movie, "Chasing Tail."
Motel rooms for the weekend are available on a first come - first
served basis. We have weekend packages available for the avid
fisherman or woman who wants to schedule an entire weekend for some
serious relaxation, world class fishing and a scenic train tour.

Meet at the motel any time after 6:00
a.m. for a hot cup of coffee, purchase a fishing license, or other
fishing needs.
The train departs from The Minam Motel at
7:00 a.m. and returns about 4:30 p.m. Price includes lunch and
beverage: Adults $75,
$20 for children under 14
Also available are the popular half day
trips, with the train departing from the Minam Motel at 1:00 p.m.
and returning at 4.30 p.m. Ticket prices are only $40.00 for adults
and $15.00 for children under 14. Prices do not include meals or
beverages
